We provide tutoring/exam-prep services online. Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including your engagement and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific results, grades, or exam outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wynrootle.com (including its owners, officers, and employees) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

5. Distance contract disclosures (UA)

If you request tutoring/exam-coaching services online as a distance contract, we will provide you, before the agreement is concluded, with required information, including:

• Provider identity and information necessary to contact the provider.
• Information on how you may submit claims/complaints to us.
• Your consumer rights for distance contracts, including termination rights within the statutory period, and the procedure/starting point.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when requesting services (for example, your contact details). We may use the information to communicate with you regarding your request and service delivery.

8. Electronic communications and contracting
